How we increased their landing page visits by 3000%, 3x'd their followers, and got the Gates family to appreciate TKS content. All in 5 months.
Challenge
Despite offering a better product than most of their competitors, they struggled to tell their story in a compelling way.
Their marketing felt off, and it showed: applications were slower than expected, their following had stalled, and the content wasn't reaching or resonating with the right audience.
Internally, the team was frustrated. They kept hiring freelancers, but none could capture their voice or vision. Content looked unprofessional, lacked cohesion, and took too much time to produce, often with disappointing results.
While others with weaker offerings looked better online, TKS was left behind.
What we did
We didn't just help TKS make content. We built a full content engine and became their creative partner.
We started with the basics. Before filming anything, we sat down to really understand what TKS was offering and who they were trying to reach. Most companies mess this part up. They start creating content without actually knowing who it's for.
- What made TKS different
- What their students cared about
- What kind of stories would actually resonate with their audience and drive applications
Taking ownership
Twice a month, we showed up in person to film everything: student sessions, founders, directors, the vibe. The TKS team didn't need to prep or stress about anything. We came up with the content ideas, wrote the scripts, and tested different formats.
- Shooting and editing
- Visual style (color grading, fonts, vibe)
- Creative direction and scripting
- Posting and distribution
Content that felt like them
All the visuals came from real TKS footage. No boring stock content. We also started helping with their YouTube strategy — everything from scripting and recording to posting and growth. That included long-form thought leadership videos, interviews with alumni, and mini-docs.
- Aesthetic talking head clips – founder-led videos with storytelling at the core
- Trendy reels – fast, shareable clips that match what's working on IG and YouTube
- Faceless animated videos – fully written and voiced by AI trained in their tone, so no one from the team had to record anything
- Student focused reels – showing what students got out of the program
Systems to scale it
Once the content engine was running, we layered in automation and feedback loops. Every week we had a check-in to review how the content was performing, and used that to shape the next round.
We installed auto-DM tools on Instagram that sent people the website link when they commented trigger words. This drove way more engagement and conversions. We handle creative direction for all their cities around the world, keeping everything aligned and consistent.
Now we run a complete content operating system, publishing 15–20 high-quality reels every month plus long-form YouTube content, all of it based on real moments and stories from their program. Every video gets repurposed into written posts, carousels, LinkedIn content and more.
Results
- 138% growth in followers in just a few months
- TKS grew from 18k followers in 8 years to 50k+ in 5 months with us
- 10x more inbound applications from Instagram than any other platform
- One clip reached 650k+ views and nearly 50k comments — all organic
- Saving 20+ hours/week for the TKS team
How we helped Buildspace achieve a 3.5x increase in sign ups within a few months.
Challenge
Buildspace used to run a 6-week online program called Nights and Weekends, featuring weekly lectures on design, marketing, and writing. During the program, participants worked on their ideas and shared weekly updates.
Around the time, Buildspace also launched Sage — an AI platform for builders to connect and collaborate. Everyone who joined their Nights and Weekends program was automatically part of their AI platform.
In season 3 of this program, Buildspace hit almost 20,000 participants. For the upcoming season 4, they wanted to double it. They needed help getting more sign ups.
Using video content
Buildspace's YouTube channel featured long-form lectures, which we repurposed into aesthetic short-form video clips. We launched a new Instagram page and used the link in bio to drive traffic to their landing page. Starting from scratch, we grew the page organically to 450K+ impressions and 2.3K followers within two months. (The page has since been inactive, leading to a decline in reach.)
To spark excitement about Sage, we also created animated video stories showcasing people in the program. We went beyond simply repurposing lecture content and focused on making the videos engaging and creative.
Reddit growth hacking
We took advantage of the summer season, knowing students were actively searching for things to do. Reddit, though notoriously strict, became a key growth channel. By subtly providing value and weaving in Buildspace mentions, we were able to drive significant interest.
One particular post led to a record-breaking number of sign-ups in a single week.
Influencer marketing
We reached out to creators and founders, helping them craft announcements about their participation in the program. We reached about 100k new people.
Results
We're proud to have contributed to the success of this historic company and its mission.
- 3.5x increase in sign ups within a few months
- 450K+ impressions and 2.3K followers on a brand new Instagram page in two months
- ~100k new people reached through influencer announcements
A podcast where AI meets Crypto, Technology meets Humanity, and East meets West.
Challenge
Cypher Capital was launching a podcast hosted by their Managing Director, Bill Qian. They called it Bill It Up. The idea was simple — bring on top voices in crypto, AI, and tech, and have real, valuable conversations.
The guest list was already stacked. Founders from Polygon, KAST, and other big names were on board. But the content around the podcast didn't match the calibre of the conversations. There were no premium trailers, no short-form clips, no real distribution strategy. And without that, the value of the conversations was getting lost.
The goal wasn't just to launch a podcast. It was to build Bill's personal brand and make Cypher Capital more visible to founders and LPs. The team didn't have content experience, it was taking way too long to figure things out, and they didn't know what formats would work best.
They needed a partner who could take full ownership of the content side, while also understanding the world they operate in — crypto, tech, and venture. This wasn't about just hiring editors.
What we did
We started by understanding who the content was for: crypto and AI founders, young ambitious minds, and people building bridges between Eastern and Western tech. Then we staffed a lean but focused team around their podcast.
- A copywriter to select key moments from each episode and script 4–5 short-form reels
- A trailer copywriter to script out high-energy promos and create moodboards
- A trailer editor to cut hype trailers with motion, storytelling, and music
- A video editor to turn long-form footage into polished short-form content with animations
AI and repurposing
We layered in AI voiceover (via ElevenLabs) to narrate the trailers, using a consistent tone to keep storytelling tight and engaging.
We turned each podcast episode into multiple formats: videos for Instagram and YouTube Shorts, written summaries and blog-style newsletters, carousels and static posts for LinkedIn, and transcript-based content for SEO and reusability.
Once content went live, we tracked what performed and iterated fast. We stayed on top of trends and updated formats to match audience behaviour.
Results
- 30+ content pieces a month generated from the podcasts — at least one piece to post every day
- Saved Cypher Capital 20+ hours a week; they just approve and post
- Constantly attracting some of the most reputable founders in the world
- Positioning themselves as the leading VC in the region
Building cities, inspiring a movement. No biggie.
About Forma
Forma is creating Solana Economic Zones, think tanks, and techno-optimist hubs. Their long-term vision? Building pop-up cities and, eventually, a network state.
This ambitious mission involves collaboration with governments, visionaries, and organizations like the Solana Foundation — all while reshaping narratives.
Challenge
Forma needed to build and own their narrative to inspire action and gain support from governments and foundations.
While launching their first economic zone in Argentina, Forma's small on-ground team was busy organizing events and shooting raw footage. They needed a creative partner and post-production team capable of transforming that raw footage into a powerful content engine that could scale their reach.
The goal was twofold: achieve millions of impressions to showcase their media reach, and inspire others to join their mission of creating economic and cultural hubs worldwide.
What we did
We partnered with Forma by embedding a fractional video content team into their operations.
With their talented creative director and videographer on the ground in Buenos Aires, we collaborated to build a Twitter-first content machine. The content showcased events hosted in the economic zone, highlighted companies launching within the community, and promoted Forma's mission to techno-optimists globally. It gained traction from high-profile platforms, including the official Solana Twitter page.
- Copywriter: ideated content strategies, wrote scripts and captions, and repurposed longer raw videos into shorter ones
- Video editor/animator: crafted polished, visually striking videos with motion graphics and animations
- Quality assurance specialist: ensured every piece met Forma's high standards and brand
Results
- Millions of impressions across social platforms, amplified by Solana's official accounts
- A thriving community of inspired builders left behind in Argentina, who started their own initiatives
- Global expansion plans, with Forma gearing up to launch in more countries
The Middle East's #1 mentorship platform.
About Brinc and Callmi
Brinc is a global venture accelerator dedicated to helping founders solve the world's most pressing problems. After acquiring Callmi, the Middle East's mentorship platform, their team approached us — we had helped Brinc's Head of Partnership and Co-founder previously.
Challenge
The Brinc team approached us for assistance in overcoming two critical marketplace challenges: attracting mentors, building a robust pool of experts (the value providers), and engaging customers, driving sign-ups and bookings (the value receivers).
This “cold start problem” is common in marketplaces and required a strategic approach to kickstart both supply and demand simultaneously.
What we did
We designed a content-driven strategy to address both challenges.
Mentor Spotlight Series: we created engaging video interviews featuring mentors, highlighting their journeys, expertise, and advice. These were shared on social media to provide upfront value to potential customers and inspire them to book calls with mentors. The spotlight also served to attract other professionals who wanted to become mentors on the platform.
Targeted social media campaigns: we focused on LinkedIn as the primary platform, targeting founders, investors, and professionals most likely to benefit from Callmi. The content helped position Callmi as the go-to platform for expert mentorship in the Middle East. The entire content was organically driven.
Results
- All-time high impressions, exceeding Callmi's previous platform engagement records
- Several high-value mentors onboarded, enriching the platform's offerings
- New sign-ups and bookings driven by mentor-focused content
Scaling his podcast while giving him back his life.
About Benjamin
Benjamin Mena is the Managing Partner at Select Source Solutions, a boutique staffing firm serving small and midsize businesses. He's also the host of the Elite Recruiter Podcast, the #1 podcast for recruiting professionals in the USA.
(P.S. Benjamin was one of our earliest supporters, and we're incredibly grateful for his trust.)
Challenge
Benjamin loved interviewing guests on his podcast but struggled with the workload that followed. Post-production tasks — editing, distributing, and promoting his content through short form clips — were taking up 5–10 hours every week.
This left him with no time for personal life or other priorities in his business. While he experimented with AI tools to lighten the load, they required too much manual effort and fell short of delivering the quality he wanted from a professional team.
What we did
We stepped in to help Benjamin by automating and optimizing his post-production workflow. His podcast was assigned a team of three specialists, and we produced short-form clips from each episode and posted them across platforms when needed. He had a clear view of progress at all times via a Trello board showing the status of each task.
- Copywriter: selected key moments from each episode and wrote engaging captions and copy for short clips
- Editor: turned those moments into polished, professional short-form videos
- Project manager: oversaw the entire process, ensuring seamless communication, consistent updates, and quality assurance
Results
In his own words: “You helped me get my life back together.”
- The Elite Recruiter Podcast remains the #1 podcast in its industry, reinforcing Benjamin's reputation as a respected leader in the recruiting field
- LinkedIn posts featuring these clips have reached millions of views and generated long-term business connections and brand recognition
- Freeing up his time let Benjamin focus on scaling his business while enjoying a better work-life balance
